Prices
Each reservation is invoiced or paid on site at the prices and conditions applicable on the date of confirmation of the relevant reservation. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT and are payable in Euro. Prices may be unilaterally changed following government measures, including amended taxes such as tourist tax.
Parking is free of charge for guests who have booked directly with the hotel. If the reservation was made through a third party, the parking cost is 5 EUR per night.
Group rates apply only to bookings of 6 or more rooms.
Reservations
Any reservation request from the customer must always be confirmed in writing by Amaryllis Hotel Veurne. Without this confirmation, there is no valid reservation or booking.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation is free of charge up to two days before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation on the day itself or the day before, the first night will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the first night will also be charged.
For any booking of 3 rooms or more:
- Between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100%
- Between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50%
- More than 22 days before arrival: free of charge
Exceptions are possible if confirmed in writing by Amaryllis Hotel Veurne.
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. 100% of the stay cost will always be charged.
Payment terms
The stay and any extras must be paid no later than the day of departure, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Invoices must be contested in writing and by registered mail within 8 days of the invoice date. Otherwise, they will be deemed accepted. On the due date of unpaid invoices (payment required 14 days after the invoice date), they will automatically, without prior notice, bear interest at 15% per year with a minimum of 100 EUR.
In case of disputes, only the court of Veurne has jurisdiction for Amaryllis Hotel Veurne.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the guest arrives before this time, Amaryllis Hotel Veurne will make every effort, without obligation, to make the room available earlier. If the guest wishes to guarantee access to the room before 2:00 p.m., this is only possible by pre-registration. In other words, the guest books the previous night at the normal displayed rates.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. In the event of late check-out or extensions until 5:00 p.m. (subject to availability), an additional charge of 50% based on the rate of the last overnight stay will apply.
Complaints
Any complaint regarding the services and/or goods provided by Amaryllis Hotel Veurne must be reported during the stay. Otherwise, the complaint must be sent by registered mail within three working days after the customer’s departure. Failing this, Amaryllis Hotel Veurne will consider its services as accepted.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure in performing the obligations of this document (Terms and Conditions Amaryllis Hotel Veurne) if such delay or failure is due to force majeure. Force majeure includes all events beyond the parties’ control, such as but not limited to: mandatory government measures, fire, natural disasters, death of a family member, war, strike, lockout, blockage of communication means and/or data flows.
Liability of Amaryllis Hotel Veurne
Amaryllis Hotel Veurne undertakes to provide the client with the services specified in the reservation confirmation. The descriptions, dimensions, colors, photos, and drawings in quotations, catalogues and/or the website are purely informative.
If Amaryllis Hotel Veurne is unable to provide the services described in the reservation confirmation, Amaryllis Hotel Veurne is entitled to offer the client alternative accommodation of the same or higher quality. If additional costs are associated with this accommodation, Amaryllis Hotel Veurne will bear these costs.
Amaryllis Hotel Veurne can never be held liable in the event of theft or damage to goods/objects kept by the client in the hotel.
Liability of the client
The client is liable for all damage caused by him or by the persons accompanying him or under his responsibility to the buildings, goods furnishing the hotel or forming part thereof, or to staff or third parties of Amaryllis Hotel Veurne. If the client causes damage to the movable or immovable property of Amaryllis Hotel Veurne, this must be compensated immediately upon simple request of Amaryllis Hotel Veurne and in any case before the client’s departure.
Pets are not allowed unless expressly permitted by Amaryllis Hotel Veurne.
Both the public and private areas of Amaryllis Hotel Veurne are non-smoking. For each violation established by the client, a fee of 350 EUR will be charged.
Privacy
Only the necessary personal data of the client are processed for internal administrative purposes by Amaryllis Hotel Veurne, in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the processing of personal data and in compliance with the legal provisions regarding the registration and control of travellers staying in tourist accommodation.
